Payment Method
We use PayPal Subscription because it is super easy, fast, and reliable. Paypal will automatically renew your subscription upon your membership expiry and notify our system of your status. We do not collect your credit card information as it is simply done through PayPal and not us.


Recurring payment
Recurring payments are set to automatically renew your subscription upon expiration. for instance, if your recurring subscription is ending on Jan 12, you will be automatically charged through Paypal on the 13th to keep your subscription from expiring. You may cancel your recurring payment with us at any time, please read the section below for further information.


Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account's interface. By doing so it will immediately notify our system and cancels the recurring payment for the next upcoming cycle. This will not have any affect on your current subscription and you may still use the remaining time left on your subscription.

Please note, that we are NOT able to issue any refunds upon membership termination once the payment has gone through.


Uptime Disclaimer
While we strive to provide continuous and reliable service, we cannot guarantee that our services will be available and working 100% of the time.
